The Interdisciplinary Child Welfare Institute offers a unique, inside look into effective multidisciplinary practice among child-serving professionals. Designed for both law and social work graduate students as well as working professionals, this intensive, week-long course features dynamic classroom exercises, interdisciplinary panel discussions, practice tools, and guest lectures from experts in the child welfare field.

Professionals can register for the whole week or for just certain days. The class schedule is outlined below. Daily readings will be shared with participants prior to August 5th. These are optional for professional registrants.

All child-serving professionals are welcomed to participate. Continuing education credits are being sought for attorneys and social workers. Nurses are also eligible to receive credit once social worker CEUs have been approved.

Fee: $100.00/Day
4.5 CLE/CEU on Monday & Friday
4.67 CLE/CEU on Tuesday - Thursday
23 CLE/CEU credits for the week (Monday & Friday include class introduction/ closing information that do not count as instructional credit)

This course is pending approval by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 23 total CLE hours instruction.

This course is pending approval by the State of Ohio CSWMFTB for social workers for 23 CEUs. Approved Provider #RCS071302.
